The Journey of Enuncia Global
Built with intent, tested by adversity, and shaped by resilience.
Every company has a story.
Ours isn’t just about growth—it’s about endurance.
Enuncia Global began in September 2018 as Enuncia Global Media Solutions, founded by Manoharan Nair and Moumita Gupta. At the time, it was not built with the ambition of becoming a large company overnight. It was built with a quieter intention—to do meaningful work, deliver it properly, and let trust grow over time.
There was no rush in the early days. Projects were taken up carefully, often small in scale but important in nature. Each one added a layer of experience. Each satisfied client added credibility. Growth was gradual, but it was steady—and more importantly, it was real.
Finding Direction in the Early Years
As the work evolved, so did the understanding of what clients actually needed.
It became clear that translation wasn’t just about converting language. Clients were not simply looking for words—they were relying on accuracy, acceptance, and reliability. Documents were being used for immigration, legal processes, and official submissions where even a small mistake could lead to rejection.
That realization shaped the company’s direction early on.
Instead of spreading too wide, the focus became sharper. The work became more structured. Standards became stricter. And slowly, Enuncia Global began to be known not just as a service provider, but as a dependable one.
Holding Ground During Uncertain Times
When the world entered lockdown in 2020, many businesses struggled to stay operational. For Enuncia Global, it was a moment that tested not just systems, but adaptability.
Because the company had already been working with freelancers remotely, the transition was not as disruptive as it could have been. Workflows adjusted. Communication shifted online more completely. The team, though distributed, stayed aligned.
Projects continued to move forward.
It wasn’t without challenges—no business was untouched during that period—but the company did not come to a halt. That continuity, during a time when uncertainty was everywhere, became one of the defining strengths of the organisation.
In 2021, this consistency was formally recognised when Enuncia Global was awarded Company of the Year by Entrepreneur Insights.
The award mattered—but what mattered more was what it represented: stability, even in difficult conditions.
Strengthening the Core
The period that followed was not about rapid expansion. It was about strengthening what already existed.
Processes were refined.
Quality checks became more detailed.
The approach became more disciplined.
The work itself also began shifting toward areas that required greater precision—certified translations, structured documentation, and services where acceptance by authorities was critical.
There was a conscious decision not to dilute focus. Instead of trying to be everything, the company leaned into doing specific things exceptionally well.
When the Journey Was Interrupted
In 2023, everything changed.
Manoharan Nair met with a severe accident that resulted in complete paralysis. For a founder-led company, this was more than a setback—it was a moment that brought operations to a near standstill.
There are phases in business that cannot be planned for, and this was one of them.
Work slowed down significantly. Sustaining operations became difficult. The momentum that had been built over the years was suddenly interrupted.
It was not just a business challenge—it was a personal one, with uncertainty on every level.
Recovery, and the Decision to Begin Again
Towards the end of 2024, there was a turning point.
After undergoing surgery at AIIMS, Manoharan Nair was able to recover more than 50%. It was not a full recovery, but it was enough to make something important possible again—the ability to return.
What followed was not an immediate restart at full scale. It was gradual.
Work resumed step by step.
Clients began returning.
Processes were reactivated.
But this phase felt different.
There was more clarity now. Less noise. A stronger understanding of what truly matters—not just in business, but in how it is run.
In many ways, it was a second beginning. Not from scratch, but from experience.
A Comeback That Spoke Through Work
In 2025, the company entered a new phase, formally transitioning into Enuncia Global Services OPC Pvt Ltd. The name change reflected a broader scope, but the core approach remained unchanged.
That same year brought recognition that carried deeper meaning than before.
Enuncia Global was awarded:
- Best Company in Post-Production Content Management (2025) by Blindwink
- Best Medical Translation Provider (2025) by India Pharma Outlook
These awards were not just acknowledgements of quality—they were markers of resilience.
They reflected a company that had paused, rebuilt itself, and still delivered work at a level that stood out in the industry.
What This Journey Has Shaped
Experiences like these change how a company thinks and operates.
There is less emphasis on appearing impressive, and more emphasis on being dependable.
Less focus on speed for the sake of it, and more focus on getting things right.
Less interest in scale alone, and more interest in sustainability.
Today, the way we approach our work is directly influenced by this journey.
We understand delays—because we’ve faced them.
We understand responsibility—because we’ve seen the consequences of disruption.
And we understand trust—not as a concept, but as something that is built slowly and can be lost quickly.
Where We Stand Today
Enuncia Global today is more focused than it has ever been.
The systems are stronger.
The processes are clearer.
The intent is sharper.
We continue to work on translations that require precision, compliance, and acceptance—documents where accuracy is not optional.
But beyond the work itself, what defines us now is perspective.
We have seen growth.
We have experienced interruption.
And we have rebuilt.
That changes how you operate.
Looking Ahead
The future is not about doing more—it’s about doing better.
Improving with every project.
Refining with every experience.
Continuing to build something that lasts.
Because this journey has never been about quick success.
It has always been about creating something reliable—something that clients can trust, even when what they’re dealing with matters deeply.
And that is what we continue to work towards.
