Data Deletion Instructions
Users may request deletion of data associated with Enuncia Global social media automation by contacting info@enuncia.global.
Please include your name, platform, account identifier, and the nature of the request. Enuncia Global will review and delete applicable data as required by platform policies and applicable law.
If the request relates to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Blogger, Medium, Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr, Substack, Hashnode, Dev.to, or another connected platform, please mention the platform clearly so the request can be handled correctly.
Requests are reviewed by Enuncia Global and applicable data is deleted from our local automation records where required and technically possible.
What to include in a deletion request
To help Enuncia Global identify the correct record, include the platform involved, the email address or account identifier used for the request, the approximate date of the interaction, and a short description of the data you want reviewed. Please do not send passwords, OTPs, payment information, or unrelated personal documents in a deletion request.
How requests are reviewed
Deletion requests are checked against the information available in Enuncia Global’s service, communication, and approved automation records. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, accounting, compliance, dispute handling, or legal obligations. Where deletion is technically possible and appropriate, applicable records are removed from active local workflow records.
Connected platform data
If the request concerns a connected platform such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Blogger, Medium, Substack, Hashnode, Dev.to, Reddit, Pinterest, or Tumblr, please mention that platform clearly. Platform-held data may also need to be managed directly through the settings or privacy tools provided by that platform.
